Acceptance
By accessing or using WhyClick, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
The Platform
WhyClick connects users with independent service professionals. We do not employ, endorse, or guarantee the work of any professional listed on the platform. Professionals are independent contractors responsible for their own services.
Partner Obligations
Partners must maintain accurate listings and honest pricing. Deceptive pricing, discriminatory practices, and misrepresentation of credentials are prohibited. Partners must hold all applicable active licenses for their profession and jurisdiction.
User Conduct
Users may not use the platform to spam, scrape data, abuse the matching system, or harass professionals or other users. Violations may result in permanent suspension.
Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhyClick's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is capped at $100.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Last updated: May 12, 2026.
